Sidrach-de-Cardona, Renewable Energy, 193, 857-869, 2022<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle0\">Se ha analizado el rendimiento de cuatro m\u00f3dulos fotovoltaicos de l\u00e1mina delgada tras un per\u00edodo inicial de estabilizaci\u00f3n y una exposici\u00f3n posterior al aire libre. Los m\u00f3dulos analizados son de diferentes tecnolog\u00edas, incluyendo un m\u00f3dulo de silicio amorfo hidrogenado de uni\u00f3n simple (a-Si:H), un m\u00f3dulo de silicio microcristalino amorfo en t\u00e1ndem (a-Si\/\u00b5c-Si), una heteroestructura de sulfuro de cadmio-telururo de cadmio (CdS\/CdTe) y un m\u00f3dulo de seleniuro de cobre, indio y galio (CIGS). Se han analizado las variaciones estacionales y las tasas de degradaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como su posible correlaci\u00f3n con los cambios espectrales. Los datos meteorol\u00f3gicos, la temperatura de los dispositivos, y las curvas I-V se han medido cada 5 min durante el periodo de an\u00e1lisis para extraer los par\u00e1metros el\u00e9ctricos y las resistencias par\u00e1sitas. A partir del an\u00e1lisis de los datos se ha desarrollado y ajustado un nuevo modelo matem\u00e1tico, que considera un componente de variaci\u00f3n estacional y un componente de degradaci\u00f3n lineal a lo largo de todo el periodo.
